Summary
Following the unexplained sinking of a fishing trawler and the disappearance of its crew, oceanographer Abigail is assigned by IFREMER to investigate a series of unusual maritime incidents in Fécamp, the coastal town she left behind after a personal tragedy. As her research advances, increasingly mysterious phenomena begin to disrupt the surrounding waters, threatening the livelihoods of the local fishing community and unsettling the region.
Abigail's investigation gradually points to the existence of an unknown presence beneath the sea, one capable of disturbing the delicate balance between humanity and the natural world. As the anomalies intensify, she is forced to confront both her past and the possibility that the source of the disturbances may be something entirely beyond human understanding. The series combines elements of mystery, science fiction, and ecological suspense while exploring the consequences of encountering a phenomenon that defies all known explanations.
