Summary
Jules Verne, depicted as a young Parisian student with a visionary imagination, aspires to write ambitious novels and plays exploring the future. His talents attract the attention of the League of Darkness, who abduct him and compel him to transfer his futuristic concepts into the disembodied consciousness of their leader, Count Gregory.
Meanwhile, Phileas Fogg, grieving the death of Sir Boniface Fogg, former head of the British Secret Service, has retreated into a life dominated by high‑stakes gambling. During one such game he wins the airship Aurora, a stroke of fortune that coincides with a mission undertaken by his cousin, Rebecca Fogg, a secret agent. Together, they intervene to rescue Jules from the League’s control, setting the stage for an adventure shaped by technological innovation, espionage, and the clash between visionary creativity and authoritarian ambition.
