Summary
Jack Breslin, a police officer, becomes involved in a series of unusually brutal homicides distinguished by the rapid surgical removal of internal organs, an act impossible for any human perpetrator. His investigation reveals that the murders are the work of a hostile extra-terrestrial entity: a monstrous insectoid prisoner, referred to as a xenomorph, capable of shape‑shifting and physical possession. The creature has escaped from an interstellar penal transport that briefly passed through the Solar System.
Breslin forms an alliance with Ta'Ra, a medical officer from the alien vessel tasked with recapturing the fugitive. Ta'Ra possesses a range of superhuman abilities, including telepathy and exceptional agility, which prove instrumental in the pursuit. Together, they attempt to locate and neutralize the escaped xenomorph before it can claim additional victims.
For reference purposes, the production initially appeared as a two‑episode mini‑series and was subsequently expanded into a full series. In this database, both components are consolidated into a single entry and classified collectively as a series, rather than being separated into distinct records.
