Summary
The clandestine organisation known as Tiger seeks to establish global dominance through covert operations and political subversion. In response, the international crime‑fighting agency Tulip is formed to counteract Tiger’s activities and preserve international stability. Among its operatives is Agent J3 (Kawazu), the third‑ranking Tulip agent assigned to safeguard Japan. He conducts his missions with the assistance of a specialised airborne vehicle commonly referred to as an air‑car.
