Summary
Asamiya Saki served as the ruling sukeban of Takanoha Gakuen High School, a position that ultimately resulted in her imprisonment. Her mother was likewise incarcerated and placed on death row, having been convicted of murdering her husband. While detained, Saki was approached by Kurayami‑Shirei, who offered her a stark ultimatum: she could either remain in prison indefinitely, or agree to serve as an operative for The Cabinet under the newly established Sukeban Deka Project. Acceptance of the assignment would secure freedom for both herself and her mother. Confronted with these terms, Saki consented to the arrangement.
