Summary
A mysterious young woman named Rita summons representatives from Super Sentai teams across the franchise’s history to Planet Nemesis. Upon arrival, the assembled heroes are informed that any wish they desire may be granted, provided they emerge victorious in the Super Sentai Greatest Battle, a large‑scale tournament in which 160 heroes are organised into 32 teams of five. These teams compete against one another for the fulfilment of their personal wishes, all while contending with the enigmatic warrior Gaisoulg, who roams the battlefield seeking worthy opponents.
The narrative centres on the Oddball Team, an eclectic group composed of Yamato Kazakiri of the Zyuohgers, Captain Marvelous of the Gokaigers, Takaharu Igasaki of the Ninningers, Stinger of the Kyurangers, and Kagura of the ToQgers. As they confront rival teams, the Oddball Team gradually uncovers the hidden mechanisms and concealed intentions behind the tournament, revealing deeper mysteries surrounding Rita, Planet Nemesis, and the true purpose of the competition.
This storyline functions as a crossover event within the Super Sentai franchise, drawing together characters, motifs, and thematic concerns from multiple series while exploring ideas of heroism, competition, and wish fulfilment.
