Summary
Space archaeologist Prof. Katase uncovers a ten‑thousand‑year‑old text prophesying the emergence of Deganda, a demon lord destined to bring about humanity’s destruction. The same text foretells the awakening of a heroic saviour. Acting on this prophecy, Katase locates the dormant capsule containing the hero Thunder Mask and succeeds in reviving him.
Thunder Mask adopts the human identity Inochi Kosei and joins the Science Team to combat the forces of Emperor Bem King and his subordinate, Evil Lord Deganda. The series follows Thunder Mask’s efforts to thwart their plans and protect humanity from the prophesied catastrophe.
