Summary
The narrative opens with the arrival of Banban Akaza on Earth, following his reassignment to the Special Police DekaRanger (S.P.D.) Earth Branch by his commanding officer. At this time, the planet has drawn the attention of the Alienizer, a clandestine intergalactic criminal organization that has begun supporting terrestrial offenders and orchestrating acts of large‑scale destruction. The responsibility for countering these threats falls to the DekaRangers, an elite law‑enforcement unit tasked with apprehending Alienizer operatives and restoring order. The Earth division of S.P.D. operates from its central command facility, the DekaBase, under the leadership of Doggie Kruger.
