Summary
The third incarnation of Twilight Zone, the premiered in 2019 and ran for two seasons. Developed by Simon Kinberg, Jordan Peele, and Marco Ramirez, the series is based on the original 1959 anthology created by Rod Serling. Peele serves as narrator and executive producer through Monkeypaw Productions. The weekly programme debuted on 1 April 2019 on CBS All Access and was renewed for a second season midway through the release of its initial ten episodes. The second season was issued in full on 25 June 2020. In February 2021, the producers confirmed that the series would not continue beyond its second season.
The series was presented by Jordan Peele and episodes of note include Replay in which a family discover a camcorder that has the power to turn back time. In Six Degrees of Freedom, astronauts on board a spaceship decide to head to Mars, after nuclear war begins on Earth.
