Summary
In this instalment, Byrd’s final film for Republic, he pursues a criminal known as the Ghost, portrayed by Morgan (the younger brother of Frank Morgan, famed for his role as the Wizard in The Wizard of Oz [1939]). The Ghost possesses the ability to render himself invisible through the use of a ray device engineered by his compliant scientist, Lucifer (Davidson).
