Summary
The first instalment of the series became a widespread sensation, propelling the heroes to sudden popularity. However, being ordinary people behind the masks, they soon grew overconfident and became embroiled in a string of scandals. Amid this turmoil, the newest series, Dogengers: End Gomentaiko, premiered, only for its viewership to collapse to below one percent, culminating in a disastrous finale.
In the successor programme, the traditional hero Ginga Shinsei Great‑Z, produced by the veteran studio Hanagata Tokusatsu, abruptly seized Yabai Kamen for their own show. Without him, the Dogengers find themselves unable even to mount a proper fight. Determined to reclaim their purpose and restore their popularity, the Dogengers embark on a covert mission: to infiltrate Hanagata Tokusatsu’s production little by little and retrieve Yabai Kamen.
