Summary
The narrative follows Mitchell Taylor, who resides with his family in what initially appears to be an ideal suburban community. The façade of normality begins to deteriorate when Mitchell and his friend Stanley encounter a peculiar shop that sells televisions capable of receiving more than two thousand channels.
Through this discovery, they learn of the existence of two versions of Eerie, Indiana: their own and a parallel counterpart located in an alternate dimension. Two children from the parallel Eerie attempt to warn Mitchell and Stanley of an approaching wave of anomalous phenomena. The pair subsequently uncover that this “weirdness” threatens to propagate across every dimensional iteration of Eerie unless they intervene to halt its expansion.
