Summary

GCPD Detective James Gordon and his morally compromised partner Harvey Bullock investigate a series of criminal cases across Gotham City, most notably the murder of Bruce Wayne’s parents. A gang war escalates between rival crime bosses Carmine Falcone, Sal Maroni, and Fish Mooney, drawing low‑level enforcer Oswald Cobblepot into the centre of the conflict as he begins his rise to power.
