Summary
In the advanced coastal city of Mariner Bay, constructed atop an ancient demonic burial ground, four imprisoned demons are inadvertently released by passing nomads. Their emergence prompts the emergency response organization Lightspeed to recruit five young civilians to defend the city. The team’s primary objective is to counter the Saima Clan and prevent the return of Queen Bansheera, whose restoration is tied to the approaching Grand Cross celestial alignment. The Rangers also employ specialized rescue technology, including a giant robot equipped with extendable ladder‑arms for emergency operations.
The series introduces a new team, Carter, Dana, Kelsey, Chad, and Joel, tasked with protecting Mariner Bay from demonic forces led by Diabolico. To combat these threats, the Rangers utilize Lightspeed, developed Zords, weapons, and rescue systems designed specifically for urban defence and emergency response.
