Summary
Ultraman Decker is set several years after Ultraman Tiga, during a renewed era of peace that ends when the Spheres isolate Earth from the Solar System. Kanata Asumi, an ordinary shop worker, acquires the Ultra D Flasher and becomes Ultraman Decker, defending humanity and later joining GUTS-Select alongside Taiji Murahoshi, Sawa Kaizaki, HANE2, Soma Ryumon and Ichika Kirino. Kanata receives intermittent support from Kengo Manaka/Ultraman Trigger, who is fighting Sphere remnants on Mars.
The conflict intensifies when TPU researcher Yuichiro Asakage reveals himself as Agams, a future Bazdo alien who engineered the Sphere invasion to prevent the destruction of his home-world and the death of his wife, Laelia. Decker Asumi, the original bearer of Decker’s power, ultimately entrusts Kanata with the mantle after witnessing his growth.
In the final phase, Agams summons the Mother Spheresaurus, progenitor of the Spheres, before being redeemed by Laelia’s spirit. With Kengo/Trigger’s help, Kanata/Decker channels the Eternity Core’s energy to destroy Mother Spheresaurus, resulting in the Spheres’ annihilation and Earth’s reconnection with outer space.
